Tour Itinerary

07h30 - 8h00: Our tour guide and driver will pick you up at meeting point for transfer to Ninh Binh.
 
09h15: Stops on the way for a 15 - 20 minutes short break for you to stretch your legs, use the facilities, or have a quick snack. 
 
10h30: Visiting Hoa Lu, the ancient capital of Vietnam from years 968 to 1010. Then you will visit the Temple of Dinh 
King and Le King to learn more about Vietnamese history under the Dinh, Le, and Ly Dynasties.
 
11h15 - 11h45: It’s time to join our 30 minutes cycling activity to discover the life of the local people. Or stay behind and either relax in the restaurant for sightseeing and capture the views around lake, waterfall and valleys. Enjoy swimming at pool on summer time.
 
12h00: You will have lunch and enjoy local specialties in the private area of our Trang An Heritage Garden. The vegetarian option is also available.
 
13h15 - 13h30:
 
Option 1: Tam Coc, known as “Halong Bay on the land”, where you will spend 1.5 hours on the boat to explore this area. On this excursion down the Ngo Dong River, you will pass through the beautiful paddy fields, limestone karst formation, and a stunning cave system including Hang Ca, Hang Hai, and Hang Ba caves for a unique experience. 
 
Option 2: Trang An, a World Heritage Site recognized by UNESCO in 2014. There, you can spend 2 hours on the boat ride to enjoy the beauty of this place, which owns a beautiful tunnel cave system and appears in the New Version of Kong in 2016 - “Skull Island”.
 
16h00 - 16h30: Transfer back to Hanoi.
 
18h30 - 19h00: Drop you off at your meeting point.

- Traffic Restrictions (from 1 Jul 2026): Vehicles with more than 16 seats are not permitted to enter Hanoi Old Quarter between 6:00–9:00AM and 4:00–7:30PM
  • Pickup: Depending on your hotel's location, you may be asked to walk to the nearest pickup point where our vehicle can access
  • Drop-off: The tour is expected to return to Hanoi at approximately 7:00 PM. If your hotel is located within the restricted area, our guide and driver will drop you off at the closest accessible point
  • Pickup Confirmation: Our tour guide will contact you via WhatsApp on the evening before your tour to confirm your exact pickup time. Please follow the schedule provided by our guide
  • Tourist attractions in Ninh Binh can be busy on weekends and public holidays, so please expect larger crowds during these periods.
 
- Please note that "Cycling" is an add-on service to add more fun and excitement to the tour and is not included in the tour price. It's a quick complimentary detour activity and is totally optional. If you think you are physically not able to do the cycling, you may choose to stay behind and either relax in the restaurant or go sightseeing and capture the views around: waterfall, pond and valleys.
The cycling activity is not for: Guests who don't know how to cycle, children under 2 years old.
